For Socal, it is 61% and 0.00104 before MSDs. But you may want to post on the Edmunds forum for your zip code.
There is also an added charge of 20 cents per mile for each mile over 3K afaik.
You are sure it is 61% RV for 10k miles, 36 months? I am seeing 60% posted almost everywhere.
