2017 BMW X3 xdrive28i + most features

Hey - I just got another offer from a different dealer and here it looks like.

BMW X3 sDrive28 - MSRP - $48245
Discounts: $6500
Selling Price: $41745
36 Months/10K miles
Total drive -off (Includes MSD): $4597.21 ($3850+ $410+ $337)
Per Month - $410 (includes tax)
MF: 0.00110
State: FL

Can any of you tell me if this looks good?

hm, monthly seems high for 10k miles/yr. I assume because you have a higher MF? Is something wrong with your credit? The selling price seems awesome though. Why are your MSDs so crazy high? Should be $3150. You may want to put $360 down to get your monthly down below $400 and bring your MSDs to 2800.

Maybe itā€™s just me, but I donā€™t understand the point in paying $360 just to avoid parking $350 in essentially a BMWFS Savings account for the lease term.

I dunno, for some reason it just seems to make sense to me to pay $10 less per month and have almost the same amount of money tied up.

Thanks @cometcoins for the BMW dealer reference!
Somehow BMW extended the holiday deadline to 1/4/17.

Below is the deal i got yesterday:

X3 Sdrive, 36mo/15K miles
MSRP: 47,845.00
Selling Price: 40077.00 (16.23% off MSRP)
1000 Holiday
1000 Loyalty
1000 Fleet
MF: 0.00065
7 MSDs - Paid 3150.00
Yes, I purchased the lease protection, due to my past experience, $1470 and rolled it into my lease.
Montly: $458.48.

Total Drive Off was just MSDs and now I have a total of 35 monthly payments.

I believe I did great and just want to thank all the Lease Hackers as this is my 2nd BMW Lease.

Congrats on the new car! Iā€™m sure youā€™ll enjoy the X3 as much as we do! 16%+ off of the sale price is great! Itā€™s awesome that you qualified for 3 incentives! Iā€™m looking forward to qualifying for loyalty in the future. Enjoy!

Hello Guys,

Below is the offer i got last week for X3 but wanted to check if this is a good deal. I am new to this so wanted to take your opinion on this deal. The dealer didnā€™t had the color (deep sea blue) so he is ordering a new one for me and it will arrive in 2-3 weeks.I havenā€™t signed the lease yet but gave a deposit of $500 so the dealer can order the car. Appreciate your feed back. Thanks.

MSRP 51995

Capitalzed Taxes 1404.72
Acq Fee 925

Cash Cap reduction 4867.86
Net Cap cost 50278.72
Cash paid (includes MSD) 4867.86
Monthly- 578.87
Total lease amount for 36 months- 20839.3

iā€™d negotiate more of a discount, and what is the MF

I was going to question the quick turnaround time for a custom order, then I recalled they are made in the USA.

Lease term 36 mo/ 12k
MF: 0.00065
RV: 65%

Got to know that they are made in North Carolina.

Its just the color that i liked a lot but i am seeing people are paying much lower so not sure if i should go ahead with this deal. Also, not sure if i have the option cancel now.

What state are you in? Many have consumer rights re: dealers posted on the attorney general website. Look for something like: Deposits must be refunded unless specifically stated that they are non-refundable.

Ohio (cincinnati). I havenā€™t signed anything, transaction was based through phone and credit card deposit.

Then I think youā€™re good.

Ed_Churchward - would you mind sharing the excel sheet? I am also in market for X3. So far I am not getting any good deal working with a dealer in socal.

I am not sure how good a deal that is. My $62 X3 came in at 461 a month with 9% tax. Not sure of the tax situation where you are though and i know incentives are not great right now with BMW.

Even with the corporate fleet for X3 sDrive28i, this is the best I am getting.
MSRP: 43,645
Discounted Selling Price: 39,085
36 month lease
12,000 Miles per Year
Money Factor: 0.00071 (marked down from 0.00140)

Monthly Payment: $368.53 + tax
Total Payment: $397.09

My deal was $2k below invoice and then i have $4500 in rebates on top.

How far below invoice is yours?

how about this deal for x3 28i x drive, I know its only 5% below msrp. first inquiry to a local dealer my lease exp in sept/oct so wanted to see what dealers in ny are willing to haggle

msrp 49595
36/10k = 516
36/12k = 536

selling price 47130

mf: 00146
residual 31964.80 @ 10k
residual 31465.3 @12k

taxes and fees up front 3305. this is on long island ny

I wish you put Long Island at the beginning that would explain the pricing. Iā€™ve locked down a deal with a NJ dealer last month after annoying experiences with Long Island dealers, I was able to get around %11 off MSRP after fleet on a factory order, you could probably do more if you take the car off the lot.
