Yep it usually takes them a day to get back to you on edmunds. I think most of those guys are in the industry and have the exact numbers.

I was recently quoted with 64% RV and 0.00152 MF for 2017 X3 Sdrive from a leasing agent.
0.00152 is still the base MF this month.
