I am brand new to this forum and am getting the below deal through a lease broker. I wanted to know if this is a decent deal?
2017 BMW X3 2.8
It is a demo/loaner car with 9700 miles on it.
It has all the packages: Cold Weather, Premium, Tech, Sport packages and Navigation; except the Sunroof.

MSRP: $53995
36 months/30,000 miles
I have to pay $2,450 upfront for Bank fee, doc fee, registration and the 1st month’s payment.
Monthly payment: $379 + NJ Tax ~ approximately $405

He did not give me the breakdown. Will find out tomorrow but other than that, does it make sense to talk to him further about this deal?

What’s the selling price? The miles on it have a severe impact on residual (4% + $.20/mi over 300) make sure your discount is huge.
