2017 BMW M240i - good deal?

Hi all, been shopping around for an M240i’s and this is the best of 5 quotes so far. looks ok (10% discount, MF and Residual seem ok) but not sure if it could be better?

MSRP: $51,000
Selling Price: $45,965
Bank Fee: $925.00
Capital Reduction: $1,500
Total Capitalized Cost: $45,390

Months: 36
Annual Mileage: 12,000
MF: .00150
Residual: 57%

Drive Off: $2,732.90
Rebate: $1,500.00
Due at Signing: $1,232.90

Monthly Payment (no tax) $565.03
Monthly Payment (no tax) $608.82

Seems decent for the 240i, they just don’t lease well. My 340i with a 57k MSRP is 460/mo including tax. If they interest you, you might want to give the 3 series a look.

Wow thats nuts, I have driven the 340i and really enjoyed it, dint realize it was that much better to lease. Mind DM’ing me the deal details so I can shop smart? cheers

Not this month they don’t lease much better. It will lease about the same as the 240 price wise but with a higher msrp.

For 12k this is decent discount and mileage. Please note with increased mf and no msd, bmw leasing is not gonna be under 1% anymore, they have become more like audi. So yeah shop the 240 vs the 340 and see which one comes ahead

This is for an 340i m-sport, better residual and an extra $1000 in incentives makes it a little better for sure. Still a lot for that car I think. I believe I could get a base C43 for less?

Selling Price: $50,085
Bank Fee: $925.00
Capital Reduction: $2,500
Total Capitalized Cost: $48,510

Annual Mileage: 12,000
MF: .00150
Residual: 61%

Drive Off: $3,803

Monthly Payment (+ tax) $574

This is the deal I got for a client

This is for another (more options) 340i m-sport. HEAVY discount. I think without MSD’s this is a really good deal?

Has anybody gotten any decent deals on the m240i? Looking to lease one in the next few months for 36 months/12k miles. I currently lease a 428i with MSRP of 53k and I pay $450/month with only MSDs paid up front. Any possibility of getting a 240i with MSRP around 50k for $450/month? Any advice or feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Was just told by CA that the MSD program is returning for people who have previously left MSDs. Hoping in November and December the leasing program gets better for BMW.

Is there a typo in there? If not, can you clarify what that means?

No typo. Unfortunately I don’t have specifics but those were his exact words. He said they just got word today and that the program comes back Saturday “for those that have previously used the program”.

Thanks. “Previously used the program” makes much more sense than “previously left MSDs.”

@BMW_Dave can you confirm MSDs is semi-returning soon?

It could be interpreted multiple ways. Could mean you currently have to have security deposits being held by BMW or it could mean if you have ever used the program at any point in the past. I was in a hurry to get somewhere or else I would have gotten more details.

guess im going to wait till November to find out then…

I haven’t heard a single thing about MSD’s coming back. Sorry guys (and girls)!

If msd actually comes back I would consider a BMW.

Until then, alfa or Mercedes most likely

Saw a rumor alert on bimmerfest, maybe some truth to that.

Looking to get out of my 328I and have a few dealerships throwing around numbers.
They found a low mile (3,200) “Executive Demo” M240 . Alpine White with Black Interior.
Here is my deal below… Please let me know if this a decent deal or not, as i have no idea coming from a 328i what the lease deals are for the M240’s as an executive demo…
Thanks.
