Any feedback on what my counter should be? I’m pushing for 7% off MSRP before $1,500 corporate fleet discount. The sales rep said he only had 5.5% markup on the car.
I’ve also told them that I wouldn’t go for a markup on MF. I think the base should be at .0013.

Current deal:
MSRP $59,625
Discounts (including $1,500 Corporate Fleet) - $4,000
Selling Price - $55,625

MF - .0015
Residual 61%

Taxes - $3,476.56
Bank Fee - $925
Total capitalized cost - $60,026.61

Due at signing - $1,177.15 ( includes first month + $375 license, reg, and doc fee)

Monthly Payment w/ Tax -$801.69
I’m in Texas and we get to pay taxes on total selling price.

MF is reduced by .0002 with corporate fleet incentive. So it should be .00148

no it should be .0013

False. May MF is .00150 hasn’t been .00130 in months

With fleet discount, it brings the MF down to .0013, correct?

with fleet discount its .0013 the reduction is .0002. Am I wrong? I though the discount was .0002.

Wow. The BMW lease deals are definitely gone. So long BMW …

Have the sales guy confirm the deduction that but base is 00150. With incentives from what I’ve seen you can do 10-12% off

There is no need to confirm it, it’s already stated on Bmws website. Your mf is .00130 with fleet. Look at any other thread

The new 5-series is NOT leasing well… For reference, I helped a friend of mine get a demo $83k 640i a week or two ago for $743 a month with $0 due at signing…

doesn’t help that BMW took away MSD

People have stated 10-12% off with incentives. Loyally, aarp, car show incentive etc…

Without MSDs it looks like getting to the elusive 1% is unlikely. My current lease is up in August. Maybe BMW will come out with better incentives by then.

You are correct. I accidentally added an extra 0. My bad.
