2017 BMW 330e Lease in Southern California

Hey guys. I’m new to the forum. Wanted to ask about this quote I got for a 2017 BMW 330e in Southern California. It has the premium package.

MSRP = $55,570
Selling Price = $49,760

Lease Term = 36 Months
Mileage = 10,000/year
Money Factor = 1.5
Residual Factor = 62%

Here’s more from the quote:
Residual Value = $34,453.40
Total Depreciation - $15,306.60
Capital Reduction = $0.00
Monthly Depreciation = $425.18
Monthly Rent = $126.32
Monthly Payment = $551.50
Tax (8.75%) = $48.26
Monthly Payment with Tax = $599.76

Up front Tax (8.75%) = $0.00
License and Registration = $458.75
Bank Fee = $925
Documentation Fee = $80
First Payment = $599.76
Security Deposit = $0.00
Drive Off = $2151.45

Rebate = $0.00
Due at Signing = $2151.45

So, I ran these numbers with a friend, and he referred me to post my question here.

Also, is the Drive off Fee and Due at Signing Fee the same fee, or are those 2 separate charges?

Thanks in advance for your time and responses.

No bueno. Someone correct me if I’m wrong but I’m pretty sure I saw 330e deals a few months ago for at least $200 a month cheaper. Heck, my 2016 550i is $543 a month (similar drive off + MSD), and it had a $78k sticker.

Check the MF. The 3 series MF this month is .00140 .
