RV on a new 320 for 36/10k is 61%, why is yours only 54%?
Calculating your numbers gives 262 a month before taxes.
The RV is 61% on 36/10.
The correct monthly would be 179 before taxes, on 61% RV. You need to ask for a breakdown.

Probably a higher mileage loaner.
Definitely, I bet the net cap is also higher since their quote with the adjusted RV is not even close.

Just checked with the sales rep and the car has 8810 miles. Does that solely attribute for the high monthly payment?

Yes, loaners that have more than 5k miles don’t lease well. They take an extra residual hit and aren’t eligible for the new car incentives.
I’d look for another loaner.
