2017 Audi A3 E-Tron $169/mo from DSR Leasing Legit?

Before I hand over my info to DSR and have my phone ring off the hook, I was wondering if this was legit or just a mistake: https://dsrleasing.com/car-listings/2017-audi-a3-e-tron-premuim-lease-239-mo/?&frm_page=6

It’s a base A3 E-Tron and the page at the time of this post says it’s 169/mo to lease with $4,558 due at signing. It doesn’t list any details on RV or MF, but I’m guessing this it too good to be true. If it was legit and that $4,558 was for MSD, I’d pull the trigger in a heartbeat. It won’t have the “Lane Assist” with ACC features I’m looking for, but I think I need to give up on that as it’s only available in the top packages of VW’s and Audi’s and pushes a lease or financing outside of my budget

Thanks.

Part of that $4558 probably includes cap cost reduction and isn’t MSDs. DSR is on here (@Anthony_Lopez) so contact via PM if you like.

What Jon said, pretty sure the $4558 is for cap reduction cost (ie down payment). I would just give them a call to find out the details.

A capital cost reduction makes more sense. I’ve IM’d Anthony for more details. Thanks Jon and hurijo for the feedback!

yes the deal is legit.

just plus tax and license on the base model.

the due at signing includes 1st payment, $2999 capital reduction & $795 bank fee with Audi fin services. just pls tax & license.

This is one of the deals that Anthony (DSR) did a couple of days ago

@Anthony_Lopez I saw that the deal is for 24 mos. How about 36 mos?

We are waiting for new programs to be released. they expired yesterday.

We think they’ll carry over.

I’ll update tomorrow morning along with the 36 month offer too!

Thank you.

Hello

New here and in this world of leasing.

I got a lease deal from one of my local dealers on a 2017 A3 e tron

MRSP: $40,530
Sale price: $36,383

Leasing Figures~

Zero Down / 36 Months / 10,000 Miles / $360 Payment plus tax

Adjusted Cap cost = $33,768 (including federal credit ($4500)

Tried to get th numbers myself and got

Msrp: $40,530
Adjusted cap cost: $33,768 (17% off MRSP)
Residual: $20982 (52%)
MF: .00015 (my credit score is 769)
MF after 10 MSD: 00001
And result was this.
Monthly Payment (Excl. Tax): $275
Monthly Payment (incl. tax): $300
Drive Off: $7,602
First month’s payment incl. tax: $300
Down payment: $3,500 (I qualify for a mail in rebate)
Total MSD payment: $3,000
Registration and doc fee: $480
Tax on cap cost reduction and fees: $322
Disposition Fee: $350
Total Lease Cost: $15,050

Kinda sucks lol. I was hoping to get around $11k lease cost.

I’m I missing something or any mistakes?

I appreciate any help

You are right around $10,800 ($300/mo x 36) so adding in the fees, you are still under $12k. (hmm … didn’t see the $3,500 downpayment but you get that back with mail-in rebate?)

Don’t count the MSD as that $3,000 comes back to you after 36 months so it is not part of your lease cost. Imagine it being in a savings account or CD you can’t touch for 3 years.

You’re right I counted the MSD amount. So now we are talking around $12k.

I’m going to keep trying to get a better deal. Maybe call more dealers around

What is the $3500 mail in rebate? A state EV incentive? What state are you in?
