Acura TLX base model. Is this a good deal?

So I have a quote for a lease on an acura tlx, here’s the breakdown (all based on t1 credit) msrp: 32,900 residual: 56% selling price (incl. rebates): 24,800 mf: .00150 (seems super high) miles per year: 10k monthly price: $249 + ny tax (maybe 20$/month?) drive off: 249 for months payment What do you guys think?
