2017 Acadia SLT1 question

Looking at the available incentives on this particular trim there looks to be 4000 in “bonus cash” in addition to a 2000 dollar loyalty incentive if you have a non Buick or GMC GM lease in the household. Anyone know if that 4000 bonus is applicable to a lease? I can’t find anything saying that it’s for purchase only. I got a quote on an MSRP of 41260 with a selling price of 38800, “700 below Costco pricing”, but with those types of rebates available on an outgoing model I’d think that there would be a better discount than 6% of MSRP…

I was at the local dealer today. The $4,000 cash is for a purchase, not a lease. I qualified for a $1,500 rebate for a conquest lease and that’s it. The rebate, plus dealer contribution was yielding about 13-15% off of MSRP. I have supplier pricing via both work and Costco. The nice thing about Costco is that it also cuts the dealer doc fee to $75. I was looking at both SLT-1 and Denali trim levels.
