Subaru’s don’t typically lease well, but that mf still seems too high. Your selling price isn’t that great either when you consider the 2017 model will start arriving on dealer lots in November.
It doesn’t look much better for 2017. I’d think it would because Subaru has better offers for 2017 Forester and Outback vs. 2016. Most of Crosstreks are still in transit, I think. Like @jmac63 said, you don’t get enough discount on the selling price.
