Looking to lease my first car located in North Cal, my only requirement is to have a manual transmission and a sedan( no Hatchback). I understand there are not many options out there with 2016 models. Here are the few i came across
BMW 3 series.
Subaru WRX.
Mitsubishi lancer.
etc …
Are there any other options i am missing here ? I would really like to keep the lease payment to around 300/month with 12/15K mileage for 36 month. If guys can point me into right direction (car model) instead of looking all at once.
These are for a base, premium is about $2K MSRP ($60/mo) more, but these samples are based on MSRP (or close to it) sale price. So I think you can get one for around $300/mo.

Spoke to 1 dealer yesterday, She was saying there is only Accord Sport (2016) manual on road. Most likely will have to factory order 2017 model with no discounts.
VW’s are leasing pretty well. I have a 2016 Jetta GLI 6spd I got for $232/mo+tax (36/12k) just paying up fronts. I see people getting Jetta sport’s for ~$150/mo, a very enjoyable drive too. The GTI is a wonderful car, but typically costs a little more. I came out of a CC, which was a surprisingly great car. Not as sporty, but very enjoyable.
My beef with Honda’s and most Japanese & American cars are that usually, the manual option is only on lower trims. You can’t get good options with a manual. VW and the premium brands, along with a few enthusiast cars are all that’s left to have your cake and eat it too.
