2016 RX 350 Lease... so confused

Car MSRP is 59699 and we negotiated down to 56699

Our credit score is 670. 12k miles. Residual at 61%. 36 months. 6.5% sales tax. 544 documentation fee, $160 reg fee, $700 Acquisition fee

Starting MF was 0.00125 but with X MSDs, we will be able to bring down the to the lowest MF offered by Lexus, which is 0.00048. We do not know what the number X is going to be.

The above is all per the sales associate. Please help me understand where I am going wrong. The sales associate says that my monthly payment is going to be $725 but Leasehackr calc says it will be $669

Three questions:

  1. $3k off MSRP, is that a good deal for a lease?

  2. Am I miscalculating something or is the sales associate missing something?

  3. If I were to special order a 2017 model, will I be able to get a cut off MSRP or special orders MSRP cannot be negotiated?

I dont think 3k is a lot, but it depends on your region. Lexus allows up to 9 MSD.

Yes, we were told max of 9. But will we need 9 with a credit score of 670?

Not totally sure. Try searching Lexus Financial. I think you should be fine.
