2016 mb e350 -IL

Hi all. Im trying to figure if the autonation deal on 2016 is worth leasing. Feels like the payment is too high. If i use the MF .00070 and residual i find on here, for 24 and 36 months

On 24/65% im calculating a 667 payment. Il tax 7%
On 36/59% im calculating a 575 payment.

Im using leasematic app on phone to do calcs.

Waiting to hear back from dealer tomorrow. Will share progress.

Offered 15% off msrp and facotrs found on here. Waiting to hear more from the dealer.

m in IL too. what is the upfront payment that this lease is asking for?

e350W4-First dealer was:
1st, fees, and plates upfront

24 months - $576
36 months - $562

Another came back at:

2016 MERCEDES-BENZ E-CLASS E400
Your Price: $61,870
MSRP $69,965 (You Save: $8,095)

36 MONTHS X $869 w/925 Due at Signing…
Residual 66% for 24 Months - 62% for 36 Months - MF on both .00230

getting closer…

64,100msrp, full 15% off, will not do FED.

59% residual (.00077) w auto pay (gave him the 1/4%), 10xMSD

acq 725, tags/doc ~425 (will pay up front anyway)

so no sales tax, sitting at 469.41 with a 5500MSD.

I’m being told the E400 has a different moneyfactor than the e350? They are saying it’s .00203, for tier1! can anyone confirm?

is pricing of $469 for E350 or E400? also not sure what you mean by no sales tax…guess you are paying it upfront? correct?

I said no sales tax, because that is different based on where you live. the base deal is what i want to put out there to compare. My sales tax is going to be different than other people unless you live in exactly the same county I do. 469 is e350

Looking in some of the older threats, the E400 has usually had a higher MF in the past. I don’t know about the current offer though. It certainly sounds plausible.

Almost done on the 2016 e350w4. Should be able to pick up on thursday.

Quick question- prepaid maintenance- whats the residual bump for it?

That’s great. Do share your final figures.

The residual rate with the maintenance plan stays that same. However, the cost of the maintenance plan can be added to the MSRP of the car.

Yes, the maintenance plan is residualized on a lease.

Even so, my parents declined it for their 24-month lease. They drive less than 10,000 miles per year, so only one Service “A” is required (needed once a year, or every 10,000 miles, whichever comes first).

The local dealer has service coupons: $199 for Service A (and $349 for Service B).

The cheapest service plan (2 years or 20,000 miles) on E-Class is $850, which ends up being $300 or so once residualized.

so what are your final numbers? do share.

Still going back and forth between two cars. Not exactly picking the cheapest one on my end. But basically 15% holding with fep discount. Which is roughly 10% off msrp before that.

ok, picked up the car on saturday.

Got 15% off MSRP including FEP. 9x MSD -they wouldn’t let me go 10x as that brough the deal into negative cash and MB finance kicked it out. would not allow auto pay either (didn’t even offer it, and said it made the deal too low) I tried to pay acq fee up front, but they couldn’t get it to go.

so sticker, 65370 -15%.
Illinois pay tax upfront (FEP, Acq, Doc fee are all taxable BTW)
MF down to .00014 from .00077, (0.34% APR  )payment 507.xx 36/10

Thanks for all the support and insight!
