2016 Lexus RX 350 Base 36/10 for $419/month w/3K down

Can you please provide MF and Residual for Lexus 2016 RX-350 base in FL? I already have another Lexus so I might qualify for $1,000 loyalty and if I put 9 MSDs I might lower the lease by $50/month

FYI - Lexus is having their golden opportunity sales event until sep 5 where they make your first payment for you.
Not sure if it’s regional but you claimed that your $1100 cash due included first payment which it probably shouldn’t.
Your sales sheet is also dated 6/26, maybe they didn’t have that offer in june.

Correct, this was done in June and the payment credit was not available yet. Even without the payment credit, its still a great deal IMO.
