What are the numbers for April on the denalis. Looking at a 36/12k most likely. A 39/12k is also a possibility. Just looking to get the best deal. I’m in KY if that helps. 1st quote from a dealer was 700-800 a month which is close to finance price. I haven’t got the details yet. It just seems far off from last months deal which I know incentives have changed. I may have 1,000 to 1,500 in negative equity but the price still seems high. Thanks in advance.
2016 Sierra 1500 Denali 2WD
24/12K: 75%, .00199 MF
36/12K: 71%, .00149 MF
39/12K: 69%, .00149 MF
2016 Sierra 1500 Denali 4WD
24/12K: 76%, .00199 MF
36/12K: 72%, .00149 MF
39/12K: 70%, .00149 MF
No lease cash, but there are the following targeted incentives:
$500 Farm Bureau
$500 GM Lease Loyalty/Conquest
$1,000 Buick or GMC Lease Loyalty
Could you give me a hypothetical scenario payment wise with an msrp of 56150.
How about about the Yukon Denali Residual and MF?
It really depends on mileage, term, and whether you qualify for targeted incentives.
TrueCar is showing $3,300 off MSRP before incentives for Louisville, KY. Assuming that discount, no incentives, and 36/12K, I get $500/month (before tax) with $0 down payment plus typical drive-off fees (registration, doc fee, first month’s payment).

Doesn’t look too good…
2016 Yukon Denali 4WD, New York
24/12K: 65%, .00199 MF
36/12K: 57%, .00149 MF
No lease incentives.
Targeted incentives: $1,000 Lease Loyalty or $500 Lease Conquest + $500 Farm Bureau
Can I please get updated MF and residual for 10k miles , 24mos and 36 months. 4x4 denali
Program is worse in May. Lower residuals and higher MF:
2016 Sierra 1500 Denali 4WD
24/10K: 74% residual, .00205 MF
36/10K: 71% residual, .00155 MF
Valid through May 31, 2016.
So did i miss my chance? I suppose residuals go lower as we get close to new model year?
A residual of 71% is still ridiculously high for a 36-month term. If you’re in the market for a luxury truck, this is likely the best lease out there.
Leases on F-150 are comparatively awful.
