2016 eGolf deals getting worse?

Are the lease deals on the 2016 eGolfs getting worse? The residuals are so low and getting lower and incentives aren’t there. I would have thought they would want to push these cars out of the lot by now…

Based on the fact that we are on 4+ months into the 2017 Model Year and on posts in this forum, there seem to very few MY16 models that have any lease support (rebates, high RV, low MF, etc)…

As for incentives and pushing the cars out the lots, that’s presumably why factory incentives have expiry dates. To entice both the dealer and the consumer to get their sh*t together and move inventory
