Assumer should take on full price for these reasons
A. It’s a good price for the car, new ones are a lot more
B. The car is under mileage giving a lot left for the least year
C. There is not one spot that is damaged and would be dinged by bmw

A and B are worthwhile and make it so someone would want it who is going to drive over the time period. Just have to see if someone wants it at terms.
