6k due at signing means they are adding 250 to the payment. So after taxes it will be 450-500 effective, awful deal.
Going to be more than that too after the missing fees are added
Not sure what incentives you qualify for but that payment can be attainable with a lot less cash DAS.
Look in the Marketplace instead
Typical ads with fine print are to be avoided OTOH.
