I want to get some input from you guys before I take this deal. First time leasing a vehicle
MSRP: 102,395
Sell Price: $87,800
Miles/ Months: 10k/36
Residual: 61
Money Factor: .00130 after MSD
MSD: 7
Available Incentives: 3500 lease cash, 1000 loyalty included
Sales Tax: 6.625%
Monthly with tax: $799
Drive Off: $4,500
MSD: $5600
Your goal should be between 82-84k for selling price before the incentives. And the drive off seems very high.
Look at my deal dating back to February. Posted it last night.
What do you suggest I should do on this deal?
I would work on getting the selling price of the vehicle down.
That dealership is a pain to deal with (assuming it’s AC). Good luck
This one is not in AC but tried working with AC but nothing good

I contacted them today, said it was sold. We’ll see
