Hey Hackrs,

1st time poster here. Dealing with lease broker on this one. Please give my your opinion on this. Wish I had more information but this is all that was shared with me. I’m being told MSRP is close to $60k but after building with similar options on Lexus website, MSRP was closer to 57,569. I’m a NY resident and MSD is not an option (I’m guessing b/c broker is based in NY).

I thank you in advance for sharing any advice!

You need to get more information, selling price and MSRP for starters.

Why 39 months? For Lexus, terms are usually better for 36 months.

Based on the build out on the lexus website, MSRP came out to 57,569. Selling price unfortunately was not disclosed by broker. I’m pretty sure the spread affects their profit.
