If you can get a lower price than what the selling price sites have before incentives, you’re well on your way to a hacked lease.
You can get a 65k Lexus for about 200 a month cheaper than an XC90.

xc90 is quite popular and you will not see huge discount.
MSRP 65k
dealer discount: 5K (±1K is where you should expect)
rebate/incentive discount: 3K
Total discount 7K~9K
assuming 10k/year and 8K discount I get below rough estimate
Depreciation - $568 (56% RV)
Interest - $141 (MF of .00152)
~$710 excluding taxes and fees
add or remove about $30 monthly per every ±1k in discount
