Signed: 2018 Honda Clarity Plug-in Hybrid

Rate my deal. Hey guys this is my first lease so I would like to get some feedback on how I did. I’ve spotted many Honda Clarity deals out there and I’ve seen some amazing deals on the base trims. The closest I could get were the numbers listed below, maybe with some more experience I could feel confident enough to pull something better off. I would like to thank this forum and the fantastic lease hacking community. It has really saved me a lot of time and money. My next lease will definitely go a lot smoother. For anyone planning to lease a car and saving time I definitely would reply to posts that are willing to share dealer info and replicate deals (honestly I didn’t do any work on this it was @4sallypat who did it all) . Unfortunately, I can’t do that here because the dealer I went to said that was happening a lot at his place but definitely do it on the posts that are open to doing so. Unfortunately i didn’t qualify for loyalty, college (graduated in 2016), nor the employee incentives…

Note: CVRP and SCE rebates take a couple of months to get mailed to you so I include them in parenthesis. SCE requires that you mail in your permanent registration but CVRP does not.

Please PM dealer info. I am also considering lease one recently.

Extremely hard to get under $11k total in payments. I got down to $10.700 with a grad discount…they are holding on to them for dear life. Curious if anyone got under $10k in SoCal.

Hey man sorry I can’t PM this dealer info but when I was looking at the posts @4sallypat hooked me up. PM him and I’m sure he’ll hand that list off. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Nice deal - you negotiated better on the dealer discount side.
Glad to have helped.
Enjoy!

I’m in the same stage. Did anyone get numbers back for 1pay option? Granted a single pay of around $11947 (35/m*312+$1000down) would be a hard thing to swallow? But wondering if it brings it down substantially?

Why would your calc be 36 months + 1000 down if the $1000 should include 1st month’s payment (at least it did on mine)? Shouldn’t it be 35 months + $1000?

I’m curious, what was your sales price?

Gross cap cost: 22999.25 + fees = 23594.25

Your right first month’s included. udpated.
