Did you speak with your contact at the dealer about it? Iâd think they wouldnât want to do that intentionally given how much business you send them. Maybe I donât understand your arrangement with them.

Thatâs terrible to hear Quentin. I understand not wanting to pay the fee, but in that case, just donât use the service. You should get the personâs name from the dealership (if you donât have it already) and get their address and phone number and send them a bill. If they donât pay it, take them to small claims court.

Oh I have all of their info. Its about the principle not the money, it shows how little they value someones time. Almost like they are better than someone else.

No the $100 is upfront, just wasnât previously strictly enforced. The fee is now $400, I cannot update very old posts so I mentioned it somewhere in the body of this.
