  3. Sent salesperson to get me a lease offer
    …
  4. Salesperson returns with a finance guy (???). Finance guy apologies and claims they don’t have numbers for the model I just drove and they would do anything to get em from captive.

Op used the Hyundai tag. I would guess it’s a new model which is relatively obscure such as the Nexo.
