Lexus - 2018 Golden Opportunity Sales Event around the corner

Hi All - new here so please bare with me. I used the Leasehackr Calculator posted above, and have no idea why 3 dealerships are coming in with monthly payments $83 more.
I’m looking at leasing a 2018 NX F-Sport, selling price of $39,700 - MSRP of $46,583 (15% off MSRP). 36 months, 10k/year, MF of .00050 which translates to 1.2%. Zero down, zero drive off puts my payment at $483/month including tax - HOWEVER, when I put all of this in on Leasehackr, my monthly payment is showing up as $400 including tax. What are these dealerships doing that is adding another $83 to the monthly?

How on earth did you get this monthly including tax? What was the selling price of the car?

I would like to know as well, at least what dealer.

I think he leased it a long time ago, so really doesn’t matter.

Everything has changed since then. The dealer probably doesn’t matter either. Just because they gave one person an amazing deal doesn’t mean they’ll give someone else an amazing deal

@Thatguy7 @alik88, full details here:

It was last June that I got it. Obviously programs are different now, but there should still be plenty of room on @enigma367’s offer. They can’t be THAT much worse…

I also got a $44k '18 NX300 in December for $325/mo with $250 drive off. The deals are out there, but you definitely have to put in some work, plus get a little lucky.

I am waiting on the brokers to update deals, but in full agreement. The advertised prices on the Lexus offers page is only showing about $750 less due at signing, and same payment, on the GS350, compared to last month.

The ES doesn’t looked like it changed at all.

It’s probably 10% off MSRP before incentives, ~$41,700, ~ incentives around $1,750, giving you the 15% off MSRP. With the fees around $1400.

is it just me or does this “golden event” suck pretty damn bad. how’re they even fronting with this BS, when many of the deals got worse than what was on-going & expired yesterday? makes no sense, unless lexus has cars flying out the door no problem already. very disappointed that right when I’m in the market for one, the deals suck this bad. esp compared to the golden event last year and esp 2 yrs ago. DAS went up, no 1st month payment?

The car I wanted they didn’t have so they came back with this after a few back and forths. Not a good deal in my opinion. Maybe, this is the way it will be for SUV/CUV’s from here on.

2018 RX450h 36 mo 15k Miles, 6 MSD’, 9% off. $1700 lease cash
$56,624 MSRP, selling $51,500
Paying acquisition fee upfront
$570 mo including SoCal tax.

For myself, I leased a new GS350 F sport, $4000 in lease cash, one month left on my RX350, aded the extra damage coverage, $750 for $7700 in damages when I turn the car in, in all I got a good deal. I will post in trophy garage later. The $4k in lease cash was for the month of June

Any Lexus dealer members on this forum that can help on a Lexus deal in SoCal?

I called 14 dealerships today in SoCal to try and get the best deal on a 2018 NX F-Sport. What I found is that I can actually get a better deal on a 2019. $46,863 MSRP, selling price of $41,500, 8 MSD’s, $416/month including tax. I’m thinking this is a pretty good deal on a 2019, 11% off MSRP. The $1,750 rebate on the 2018’s and the 2% higher residual on the 2019’s essentially wash each other out.

I’m looking for the same car in NorCal. $416 with zero drive offs? Edmund forum doesn’t have the residuals on 2019 yet. 2018 F Sport residual for 36/12 is 57% and you’re saying it’s 59% for 2019?

Yes, 2019 is 59% for 36/10k. $1,500 in drive-offs with the $416/month (first month + license/reg/doc fees). Also, I called several dealerships up in NorCal today (Pleasanton, Marin) and they were not nearly as competitive as LA area dealers. I don’t like that they are only giving 11% off of MSRP, but the 2018’s are now few and far between to find and the dealers who have them really don’t seem to want to deal much on them.

Hey alik88, I am in the midst of trying get my wife an F Sport in LA right now. Would you mind sharing the details of your deal and dealership contact information. Having a hard time getting my payment where it needs to be, which is right around where your payment is. Thanks!

what’s the MF on this deal? and what’s the dealer? haha

How much did the 8 MSD’s total?

You had $1750 in incentives too?
