I’m currently looking to lease on of the coupes listed above by end of this month. I’m located in Northern Virginia but can travel to NY/NJ if I get a good deal. Any help in getting a good deal will be greatly appreciated.

By any help do you mean you want to hire a broker? If so, @nyclife does a lot of work in NY/NJ.

Why does everyone jump to this conclusion?

Pointing someone to Leasing 101 or anything remotely educational is a better first step than telling them to hire a broker.
