I wanted to know if its convenient for site admins to display screen id’s when user look at messages in their inbox. Right now, when users go to message inbox from cellphone, it only displays the subject of the message. When using the desktop version, it displays only the first alphabet in colored circle.
Complete name will make it easier to locate earlier messages from users or multi messages from the same users.
