I have tried to get a hold of Dave several times for the past many many months to do deals but never an email answered. Should i take it personal Dave lol… Please check your email from Your Auto Advocate.

Not that this is necessarily the answer, but some dealers and sales folks choose not to work with brokers…

im guessing dave is busy cuz I’ve emailed him twice and never received a reply and i’m not even a broker.

Don’t take it personal at all and @M5DMD you are correct. I have no problem working with brokers but have been very busy and since I was off last weekend I have not had time to get back to many requests. As of right now I have 36 unread emails (I intentionally leave them unread so that I know who is still waiting for a response) and I will do my best to get back to all of you today. But please know that I’m with 2-3 appointments per day (at 1.5-3 hours each depending on the customer) and I’m still an Internet Advisor which means I have leads coming in from over a dozen lead sources (Autotrader, CarGurus, KBB, TrueCar, Edmunds, CarFax, Cars.com our own website, etc etc) plus the incoming phone calls to answer. It’s definitely a good problem to have but I want all of you to know that I also live with constant anxiety thinking about the folks that I have NOT gotten back to yet. Pending requests are ALWAYS on my mind.
My customers are my family and you will all hear back from me. I apologzie about the delay. Hopefully I will be able to put in some processes soon that will help me get back to everyone in a more timely manner.
ALSO PLEASE NOTE: I do NOT check PM’s very often and I reply to them even less. My email address is all over these forums so please do not wait on an answer via PM. Email is always best even though it may take a day or two. If you need to do something right away, just put that in the Subject Line like “Today Deal” for example.

Although the numbers simply weren’t what I was looking for with my budget, Dave was very helpful in answering all of my questions and friendly to talk to. He was very straight forward and knowledgeable!

Dave I need a new BMW sales rep as the ones up here just don’t seem to understand that the game has changed and old school sales techniques don’t work anymore.
I would fly down to visit you now but still stuck with another 19 months on my C300 lease. Did not realize how much I would miss BMW
Used Dave and more so, his partner ileen (used small i otherwise looks like Ileen!) over the weekend for a new X3. STRAIGHT SHOOTERS…I didn’t do a ton of shopping but got what I believed to be a real fair deal with all the pertinent information right up front. Worth the drive from OC to Murietta…thanks guys

Easiest car purchasing ever! Dave was very attentive, patient and helpful. I live in Nor Cal. He shipped the car to us for a small fee. The whole process was a walk in the park. He offered a very good price and every thing went very smoothly. I’ll be contacting him in the future again for a new care for sure.

My thoughts exactly! I had much of the same experience and am so grateful I found him on leasehackr! I was looking for a deal for weeks, crunching up numbers, and dealing with shady CA’s who try to trick you into thinking you’re getting a good deal. I even had a couple dealers on leasehackr try to do this! I won’t say any names, but they gave me a very good discount on the MSRP but inflated the MF or added other hidden fees so that in the end, the discount received was hugely offset by the fees. Luckily, I found Dave who was so easy to work with from the moment I emailed him and made my buying experience so much smoother and enjoyable than in my past. I drove 2 hours to get to Murrieta and will have no problem doing so again in the future. Thank you again @BMW_Dave!

Living in Arizona, I knew that my best bet to get a good lease deal on a BMW would be to travel to California. My biggest fear was making a deal and flying out just to have the numbers changed on my as I got there. Although not quite the unicorn deal that some people may find here, Dave’s numbers were competitive and honest. I flew in, went to the dealership the next day, signed some papers, and got out in a couple hours. All the numbers were exactly as agreed upon. If you want quality service and no games, Dave is the guy you want to work with.

Quick kudos to Dave - I leased a 2018 X1 for the wife. Dave got me a very decent deal considering I didn’t have top tier credit for this transaction. I will heartily recommend him to friends and family, and all of the fine people in this forum. For anybody who is leasing out of state like I was, timing took a couple of weeks from initial contact which is right in line with Dave’s disclaimer for anyone who is trying to get a hold of him. I leased a 2018 340i (loaner) from Dave today and he got me an awesome deal on it. Highly recommended! No BS, straight to the point. Entire process was quick and easy. Dave provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process. I made the drive from OC and it was definitely worth it. I’m loving the car so far. Thanks again Dave!

Dave is probably the best direct dealer guy on LH. He does the best he can and it’s usually the best deal around. Very responsive and straight forward and even though I’ve never met him, I have no problems doing another deal on a $100k+ car again.
