I don’t want to poo poo a great idea, but magnets controlled by software?

That is just begging to be hacked.

It’s only a matter of time the hackers start focusing on cars, especially since virtually everything is controlled by computers anymore.

Or they could just use an electric motor… zero NVH. Inline-sixes are inherently balanced and smooth too.

I had a Trailblazer once with an I-6. It was as smooth as butter. It was on the thirsty side though.

One of the first things I noticed on the EV I picked up. Reminded me of a rotary engine, super smooth without all the piston slap.
