April Q5 Lease - Is this good to close?

,

Hi guys. I’m currently talking to a dealer in New Jersey on a 2019 Audi Q5 Premium Plus. Please evaluate this offer and advise if fair.

Location: New Jersey
Sales Tax: 7%

MSRP: $52,795
Sale: $47,619.78
Incentives: $3750 (current Audi owner)
Residual: .52
MF: .00088 (with MSDs)
MSD: $5,250 ($525 * 10)
Term: 39 months
Mileage: 12k/year
Due at Signing: $2533.54 (1st payment= $525; doc= $499; acq fee= $895; NJ Registration= $350, Not sure what the other $264 is for)

Monthly price with tax: $525

I don’t think that’s how MSDs are calculated.

It should be the next highest factor of 50. I’m pretty sure it should be 550*10 for MSDs.

5250 what the dealer calculated?

Looks like a pretty good deal. Did you look at Audicare and the cost of servicing and maintenance? With 12k mileage per annum and 39 months you’ll be around 39k miles so if theres a risk you might go over mileage you’d be due for the 40k service which will be pricey without Audicare. Including tires and brakes that’ll add quite a lot. Just something to factor in depending on your circumstances, as maintenance is often an afterthought.

Agree that audicare makes sense on a 39/12.

Aside from that, looks like a relatively solid deal.

I would also recommend AudiCare here. It pays for itself in this type of lease

$2,600 under invoice. Solid deal.

It’s 6.625%

Plus 0.4% on the SP if above $45,000
