~6k discount would be a net $0 profit deal for the dealership

They gave me this–
For a lease – “If you just go with 1st payment due at signing, it’s 995.69….5,000 due at signing it’s 875.43, and 10,000 due at signing it’s 725.26”.
What did they give you? It’d be interesting to compare.
Curious if this is a good deal…

Somewhere else. Wait for a loaner. LR DFW will give you buy rate and decent discount on loaners and previous model year if you work them just a bit.
There’s never been an advertised lease special that will pass as a “good deal” here. (Someone is gonna snap back with one, I’m sure, just to troll me)

I’m in Southern California and this is my first time leasing but I’ve picked up a little pointers, but I’m trying to find out how to approach getting the best deal, and what’s a reasonable discount to request. I haven’t began any negations, however this is what I was sent.

My trade in has negative equity they initially wanted to put 7k negative equity on top, but they agreed to match Carmax’s appraisal which would leave $5500 negative equity. Bc I know I’m in a bad spot, I know some money out of pocket is needed. The price above is with their original offer. Technically it should be $1500 lower.

Do not get stuck paying $1000/month for a low level Velar.
The S leases poorly. Go SE R dynamic. I’d also want $6000 off
