Shoot for a bigger discount + check with Edmunds.com forum if the MF marked up and for available incentives. Overall the deal is no good.

(Got 2018 Cooper S $29.5K for $250, $700 das, 10k miles back in March)

not enough discount and you don’t even know how much of that discount is from dealer or from rebates. You will need to look into this further and provide more info.
