I’m thinking of leasing my first car after doing some research. I just need your advice if this is a good deal or not. I got a print out from the dealer in SoCal and hope to display it correctly.

2018 Crosstrek - Premium w/eyesight ,Sunroof , and cloth interior.

MSRP - $27,734
PRICE - $25,926 (Negotiated)
RATEa - .00145% (I’m assuming its MF)
RESIDUAL - .64%
GOVT FEE - $419.75 (I’m assuming its license & Reg fees)
TAXES - $815.94
DOC FEE - $80.00
DOWN PAYMENT - $1000 (Due at signing)
RESIDUAL - $17,749.76
TERM - 36 months
MILEAGE - 12k a year
My tax is 10% Downey (90241) welcome to Cali.

$307.51 a month Incl Tax

Have you seen the Subaru CrossTrek deal that poster SeekAllPossibilities got using the “FairApp”. He got a similar car for ~229/month with ~$2k down tht also includes insurance.

I was offered a $30k crosstrek with first month’s due at signing for about the same monthly. You should be able to do $277/mo with $277 due at signing if you push unless it’s one of the khaki ones.

I’m guessing that would be a '17 crosstrek? Also do you get the 2k back?
