I’m not an expert, but given experience on trying a good lease on a Mazda 3 Sport Sedan, I would say it’s a decent deal.
Looks like the Mazdas are not being heavily discounted and you’ve got it at the 1% rule.
Searching for best/most equipped sedan at $250/month (including tax) w/ $0 drive off. This is my best find so far. Would love a better car with a killer deal of course.
Best I got the Q50 luxe down to was $332/month w/ $0 drive off. Not great.
Definitely a good deal. About a year ago I stacked my Mazda loyalty and President’s Day rebates ($500+$500) on a fully loaded 2017 GT HB (MSRP was about $28k) and got a $270 lease (including 8% CO tax) with $270 due at signing. It is a great car for the compact sedan category and good bang for your buck, highly recommended.
