2018 Lexus RX350 Base Deal ($388/month effective w/ tax)

Just got back from the dealership on car 1 of 2 for 2018.

This one is a Lexus 2018 RX350, took advantage of a pull ahead offer to get out of my last 3 payments of my RCF as I’m purchasing a C63 coupe or 911 shortly.

**MSRP: $45,214
**Selling Price: $39,500 (13% off MSRP)
**Monthly Payment including 9.5% LA tax: $399.11 (35 payments)
**Cash Due at Signing: $0 (other than MSD’s, registration + acq fee rolled into monthly)
**MSD:$3,200
Incentives:
$1750 - Lexus Socal Incentive
$1000 - Lexus Drive Event

Months: 36
Annual Mileage: 7,500
MF:.00055 (reduced to .00001 with MSD’s)
Residual: 57%

Region: SoCal
Leasehackr Score: 10.1 (no option for 7.5K on the calc)

13% seems to be the maximum dealer discount this month so this is probably as good as it gets for an RX deal. What was the drive event that you are getting the $1000 incentive for?

This is a first for a drive event that I’ve heard lately. Can you share how you got it and when?

Congrats! Looks pretty solid for an RX. Now to shop for your wife’s 911 turbo.

I signed up for the lexus driving school and drive events on their promotional page and after the event they were handing out 1K certs. Not sure when the next one is but they implied that this would be having more this year!

Can you share the dealership? I am currently in the market for the RX450. Thanks in advance!

Well, just to close the loop on my short 3 months with the RX, the car was sold to Carvana today.

Total net cash OOP for 3 months including disposition fee; ($1200)
Total positive equity cashed out: $2,600

Total cost of ownership for 3 months; ($1,400)

Additionally, I was able to pull ahead out of $1,800 of payments on my old RC-F. Picking up a Q5 today, the base RX just wasn’t the right car for us. Will post that deal shortly.
