2017 Mazda CX-5 Touring -- Money Factor, Residuals, incentives?

Hello experts. Am interested a 2017 Mazda CX-5 Sport or Touring. Can you help with the currently available money factors , residuals, and any other incentives for a lease of 10K-12K/miles per year. I would really appreciate it.

Unfortunately, you may have better luck on edmunds forums for MF, residuals. for incentives hit up autobytel.

Over at Edmunds, it looks like they list it out this month as:

.00001 MF and 62% residual for Sport AWD for 36/10
.00001 MF and 60% residual for Touring AWD for 36/10
No lease cash. There is some rebate money you MAY qualify for though. Without knowing your situation, it’s impossible to tell you, however.

Knock off 1% of residual if you want 12k/year

I believe Mazda’s numbers are national and not based on location.

With that said, you’d be best served to head over there and ask for confirmation. They’d need your location, model + drivetrain (AWD vs FWD, which can make a difference w/residual). Those guys are pretty quick at getting numbers to you.

Sincere THANKS!! I really appreciate all the detail.

I recently got an offer from Chase for $500 off a purchase/lease. I don’t know who they send it to, but you should try to get it. It’ll save you close to $14/month.
